BBMS

BBMS Mobile is BAFCO International's internal companion app for transport and logistics operations staff. Move smarter across sea, air, and land.

KEY FEATURES

• Container Document Scanning — Capture Port EIR, Line EIR, Seals, DO/Acknowledgements, and general container documents directly from your phone camera, with automatic edge detection and cropping.

• Instant Job Matching — Scan a container number or seal and the app automatically finds and links the matching job, so documents are filed correctly the first time.

• Duplicate Detection — Get warned if a container was already scanned recently on a different job, helping prevent mistakes in the field.

• My Scan Log — Track every document you've personally uploaded, filterable by date and document type, so you always know what's been submitted.

• Transport Rate Requests — Review incoming rate requests from Commercial, accept the offered rate or send back a terminal counter-offer with a transport/handling/misc cost breakdown, truck type, and validity date, with optional supporting documents — right from your phone.

• Push Notifications — Stay updated on job and task changes relevant to your work without needing to check the system manually.

• Works On the Go — Built for drivers, dock staff, and documentation teams who need to submit paperwork immediately from ports, terminals, and yards — no desktop required.
