Established in 2019, it is a company with administrative headquarters in Rome and general management in Villapiana, Calabria.

The telecommunications sector represents one of the most sensitive sectors to the digital transformation of the country: this translates into a sudden process of change not only in the activities of the major telecommunications operators but also in those of the bodies belonging to the public administration and large infrastructures.
