About WE & TEAM Picker
We & Team Picker hold two tools, both aimed at building a culture that learns from failure through implementation of 8 leadership behaviors (8LBs). The first tool, SAYFR WE, consists of game sessions to motivate and engage individuals in the use of 8LBs in real life simulations. The second tool, SAYFR TEAM, is a facilitation tool consisting of team sessions focused on improvements related to the 8LBs. Each team session follows a process to understand a specific behaviour, and to reflect on its relevance in real life scenarios, both internal (explored in SAYFR WE) and external.
