You are the reason we do what we do. Every journey that brings someone through our doors is different—healing from injury, recovering from burnout, embracing a new chapter in life, or simply choosing to feel better day by day. No matter your story, Poise meets you where you are and helps you rise.
The name Poise was born from my own cancer journey. During the most uncertain moments of my life, I turned to mindful movement not to change how I looked, but to remember who I was. That experience taught me that true strength starts inside. Now, I’ve built this space for you—to offer a community where movement heals, challenges, and transforms from the inside out.
Inspired by Joseph Pilates’ belief that physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness, we focus on intentional movement that supports your entire being. Reformer Pilates, mat, yoga, barre, meditation, and private training—all offered with care, skill, and purpose.
