Parking Jam Puzzle: Tintferry

Tintferry is a parking jam puzzle about order.

At the top a queue of passengers waits; below it, a jammed car park. Every car points one way and drives out only if the whole road to the edge is clear. A car that leaves pulls into one of three bays at the stop, and the passengers at the front of the queue board it while they match its colour. Three aboard, and it drives off.

Two orders have to agree: the lot decides which cars can leave, the queue decides which ones should. Send a car too early and it waits in a bay - three of those and the stop is jammed. Every board is checked by our solver before it ships, so there is always a way through, and it all works in airplane mode.
