How to retrieve my password?
Please enter 123123= to reset the password. If you still have issues, please send us an e-mail and our support team will contact you within 48 hours. If you don’t receive any replying emails from us, please check your Spam or Trash folders.

How to retrieve my files after uninstalling the app?
If you have not modified or deleted the .appLocker folder, you need to reinstall the app and use Unhide feature in the app to unlock your files before uninstalling the app.

❖ Don't delete or change any files in .appLocker folder(of your device root directory) before backing it up, otherwise your files will be lost forever.
