Shift Balance Pro

Shift Balance helps irregular workers visualize their weekly load instantly. Users input start and end times for each shift, and the app calculates total hours, overtime, and remaining capacity based on a user-defined weekly limit. The interface uses a clean horizontal timeline and progress bars to show how close the user is to their maximum allowable hours, preventing burnout and ensuring compliance with labor contracts.

The app focuses on simplicity and speed. There are no complex calendars or sync features; just a direct input of hours and immediate visual feedback. It serves as a daily dashboard for those who switch between day and night shifts, helping them decide whether to accept an extra assignment based on their remaining weekly quota.
