Wrkly: Freelance time tracker

Wrkly tracks your time across every project and client, right on your phone. Run several timers at once, log manual entries for past work, and see exactly what you've earned — by project, by week, by year. Each project can be billed in its own currency.

Paid a fixed amount every month instead of by the hour? Add a retainer project, and Wrkly works out your real effective rate from the hours you actually log — updating live as the month goes on, so you always know whether the arrangement is still paying what it should.

Start and stop timers without opening the app: from the Home Screen widget, the timer notification on your lock screen, or the shortcuts on the app icon. Working in a café? Hide amounts keeps your rate and earnings off the screen.

When it's time to invoice, export a clean Excel or CSV report in one tap — dates, clients, hours and earnings, ready to send.

Your data stays with you. Everything lives on your phone, with no account and no login, and Wrkly collects no data. Save a backup file whenever you like and restore it on a new phone — a backup made in Wrkly on iPhone restores here too.

Free: track one project, full timer functionality, no limits on time logged.
Wrkly Pro: unlimited projects, run timers concurrently, full statistics and charts, Excel and CSV export.

Wrkly Pro is a subscription: $3.00 per month or $20.00 per year (prices may vary by region), charged to your Google Play account. It renews automatically until you cancel; cancel anytime in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
