Manoshala

Really good explanation by the mentor

Trust worthy and satisfy service

Great app for mental wellness✨

One of the best things about Manoshala is that I never feel judged. I can talk about my struggles openly, and my psychologist doesn’t make me feel “wrong” for feeling a certain way. That’s a relief because mental health conversations can be hard.

The overall experience was good, and I liked my psychologist's approach. The only issue was scheduling—I wish there were more slots available in the evenings. If that improves, I’d say it’s one of the better platforms for mental health support.

I’ve tried therapy before, but a lot of it felt like just venting without clear direction. Here, my psychologist gave me structured exercises and realistic ways to deal with stress. It wasn’t just listening; I actually had takeaways after each session.
