The app also supports cash-on-delivery (COD) tracking, ensuring transparency by allowing agents to monitor collected cash and giving admins control over COD handling limits.

For secure and verified deliveries, the app includes OTP-based confirmation, which admins can enable or disable as needed. Return management is streamlined, allowing agents to process customer returns efficiently with status updates. A built-in navigation system, powered by Google Maps, ensures precise route planning for faster deliveries.
