The "Al-Raed Captain" app is the Captain (restaurant service) application within the Al-Raed restaurant and cafe management system. It connects the restroom staff directly with the restaurant server, allowing them to take the order from the table and send it to the kitchen and cashier instantly, without paperwork or back-and-forth.

The app is not limited to a single restaurant: any restaurant or cafe operating within the Al-Raed system can download the app and connect it to their server. The Captain logs in with an account created by the restaurant management; no account registration is required within the app.

Features:

• Restrooms and Tables — View all restaurant restrooms in tabs, with real-time status for each table (empty or occupied).

• Table Transfer by Drag — Move an order from one table to another by dragging and dropping it.

• Items with Images — Browse categories and items with their images and prices, and quickly search for any item.

• Item Details and Notes — Open an item's image to see its details, and add a note for the kitchen (e.g., "No onions," "Extra spicy," etc.).

• Order Basket — Review items, quantities, and totals before saving, with protection against duplicate saving and double-clicking.

• Payment and Printing — Close the table and print the payment receipt on a Bluetooth thermal printer with correct Arabic diacritics.

• Precise Permissions — Each captain sees and operates only within the parameters set by restaurant management: adding, modifying, deleting, paying, etc., with a clear message if permissions are denied.

• Instant Notifications — Server alerts are delivered even when the app is running in the background, with an alert for any problems with the kitchen printer.

• Reliable Connection — Automatic reconnection when the network drops, and a clear connection status indicator.

• Four Languages — Arabic, English, Kurdish, and Turkish, with full right-to-left writing support.

• Dark Mode — Light and dark themes are easier on the eyes in the dining room lighting.

Important Notes:

• The app requires the Al-Raed Restaurant System server. Enter the server address upon first launch, followed by your username and password.

• Accounts are created by restaurant management through the Al-Raed system, and the device must be activated by management before use.

• The application is a work tool for employees, not a customer ordering application.
