Orevalis

Orevalis is a manual personal finance tracker designed to help you organize accounts, spending, bills, balances, and financial activity without connecting directly to your bank or financial institution.

Create Spaces for checking accounts, savings, credit cards, cash, investments, or your own custom account type. Each Space can have its own balance, currency, savings goal, and appearance.

MULTI-CURRENCY MONEY TRACKING

Manage accounts in different supported currencies from one app. Record deposits, expenses, and transfers while keeping each Space in its assigned currency. Orevalis can use available exchange-rate information to calculate multi-currency summaries and show an overall view of your finances in your selected dashboard currency.

Exchange rates and currency conversions are provided for general informational purposes only. Rates may be delayed, estimated, or different from those used by banks, card networks, payment services, or currency exchanges.

TRANSACTIONS AND RECEIPTS

Enter transactions manually and save details such as:

• Merchant or payee and category
• Payment method
• Notes
• Date and amount
• Manually entered transaction location or address
• Purchase feeling
• Receipt images

Camera and photo-library features are optional and require the relevant device permissions. Cloud receipt storage requires an eligible paid plan and an internet connection.

BILLS AND REMINDERS

Create one-time or recurring bills, organize them by category, select the Space used for payment, and track due dates and payment status.

Reminder delivery depends on your device settings, notification permissions, operating system, and other factors. Orevalis cannot guarantee that every reminder will be delivered at a specific time.

FINANCIAL OVERVIEW

Use the dashboard and Financial Pulse to review information based on the transactions and balances you enter, including income, expenses, bills, savings progress, cash flow, and spending activity.

Orevalis does not connect to financial institutions, verify account balances, move money, execute transactions, hold funds, or provide banking services. Calculations, summaries, projections, and insights depend on the information you enter and are provided for general organizational and informational purposes only.

PRIVACY AND DATA

Financial records are primarily stored locally on your device. Certain features use online services, including account authentication, in-app purchases, exchange-rate updates, and optional cloud receipt storage. Data handling is described in the Orevalis Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for keeping access to your device and account secure and for maintaining separate copies of any records you are legally required to retain. Orevalis should not be used as the only storage location for tax, accounting, legal, warranty, or business documents.
