About AdayKhata: Loan Collection

AdayKhata is a daily field toolkit for loan-recovery agents — three tools that replace three cluttered apps and a photo of a chart on the wall.

CASH COUNT
Count the day's collection note by note. Type how many ₹500s, ₹200s, ₹100s you have and the total updates as you go. Set a target amount and the app tells you instantly whether you are short, over, or matched — no mental arithmetic at the end of a long day.

Save a count with the area name, and it is there in your history. Reopen an old count as a new one for a repeat route, or share it as plain text straight to WhatsApp.

LOAN AGE
Enter the loan date and the app gives you years, months and days — calculated on the real calendar, not divided by 365. It also gives you what you actually need: how many weeks have run, which is how many instalments are due so far. Pick the tenure and it shows "week 37 of 104" with the maturity date.

INSTALMENT CHART
The weekly instalment chart, in your pocket. Pick an amount and a tenure — 52, 78, 104 or 156 weeks — and see the weekly instalment, the total repayable, the total interest, the processing fee with GST, and what the borrower actually receives. The full chart is there to scroll through as well.
