MsgBox is an SMS app that sorts your messages before you open them.

Codes, deliveries, bank alerts, offers, tickets — each lands in its own place, with the company's real logo instead of a sender code like JX-BPCLIN-S. The inbox stops being a wall of grey text you scroll through looking for one thing.

ONE-TIME CODES, WITHOUT THE HUNT
The code is printed on the message row itself, with a Copy button beside it. You do not open the message, scroll it, or read six digits out loud twice. There is a Codes screen holding every code you have been sent, and it tells you when one has expired rather than letting you paste a dead number.

BUILT FOR A PHONE YOU ACTUALLY USE
Dense rows, dark by default, the full emoji set with search and skin tones, company logos for over five thousand Indian sender codes, and dual-SIM sending. English, Bengali and Hindi.

IT WARNS YOU ABOUT FRAUD
Messages that ask for your OTP, panic you about KYC, push a shortened link or offer a refund you never claimed get a warning above them, in plain words, with what not to do. The message is never hidden — a warning that hides the text just invites tapping past it. No message is ever sent anywhere to be checked; the whole test runs on your phone.

YOUR MESSAGES STAY ON YOUR PHONE
MsgBox reads your messages only on your device and sends them nowhere. There is no account, no sign-in and no server. Advertisements appear on the message list and between days; they never see your messages, and never appear beside a code or inside a conversation.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE INSTALLING
Android only allows one messaging app at a time, and MsgBox has to be set as yours for messages to reach it. Android will ask you once.

Setting it means RCS turns off. Typing indicators, read receipts and full-quality photos are part of Google's RCS and are tied to Google Messages; on MsgBox you get plain SMS and MMS. If those matter to you, this is not your app.

Your existing messages are not touched, not copied and not deleted. Switching back at any time restores everything exactly as it was.
