My Space

What it is: an app for residents, committee members and security staff of a managed property.
For residents: see notices, meetings and polls; raise and follow complaints; view bills and payment history; book amenities; pre-approve visitors and share a gate pass; register vehicles; see the documents your property publishes.
For committee and staff: approve join requests, approve or reject expenses and bookings, manage units, review the gate log.
For security: register walk-in visitors, verify a gate pass, log entries and exits.
Say plainly that it is invite-only and that a property manager provides access. Reviewers who cannot get past the login screen reject the app, and a listing that reads like a public consumer app makes that worse
