We have all been there, when we were first starting out on Envato and releasing a product then we get messages randomly to give support to a person who never bought our product or shared a random or fake purchase code. We think "oh yeah he has a purchase code" and give support to a scammer.

Or we are on the go and a person is asking for assistance to set up the script or code and we don't have a verification system to verify whether he is a real customer or a dude who downloaded the script from a pirated site.

That's why we have built this app so that we can verify or filter our real customers on the go and give support to those only them who bought our actual product. And so that we don't waste our time on scammers.

And as product creators, we usually can't include the license verifier in all of our projects, and sometimes it is not even possible.
