This project aims to establish and sustain a real statistical system (local and national integrated) which increases the interest of the data value chain. Indeed, this integrated system makes data available and useful for decision-making at sub-national levels, where the data are themselves produced or aggregated. This system therefore makes it possible to improve governance both at the most disaggregated level and at the national level.
