타이머 헬스 (health timer)

This timer tool lets you set the exercise time, rest time, and number of repetitions, and when you press the start button, it notifies you when the exercise time starts, notifies you when the rest time starts, and repeats this for the number of repetitions, allowing you to keep to the correct time. By applying the exercise/rest/repeat settings, it can also be used as a general timer/alarm.
