The CenyNaMapie app is an independent, private project. We do NOT represent any government, state, or local government entity. The source of the data presented in our app is the publicly available Real Estate Price Register (RCN), provided by the Head Office of Geodesy and Cartography via the state-owned Geoportal website (https://www.geoportal.gov.pl). The app uses this data in accordance with its public purpose, making it easier to browse.

Why did we create the CenyNaMapie app?

Data on actual transaction prices from notarial deeds is public, but the state systems for viewing it can be... to put it mildly, not user-friendly for the average user. Searching is difficult, and working with this data takes a lot of time.

We have over 10 years of experience in the real estate market, so we designed the tool exactly how we would use it ourselves—fast, easy-to-read, and with investors in mind. We extracted difficult-to-use public data and transferred it into a modern, lightning-fast map.
