Keciwer: antibacterial test simulation is a supporting application for "Project Based Ethnobotany Learning of Medicinal Plants" which was developed in the context of dissertation research for PhD students in Biology Education, State University of Malang, namely:

This application contains augmented reality of plants with medicinal properties, namely Keciwer or Kencur, bacteria that cause stomach ache, namely E. coli, and a simulation of the antibacterial power of kencur in inhibiting the growth of E. coli bacteria.
This application supports the scientific study of medicinal plants in ethnobotany courses based on the wisdom of the Karo tribe in Kuala District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra who use galangal as a medicine for stomach aches. Apart from that, this application was developed based on research on the antibacterial power of galangal in inhibiting the growth of E. coli bacteria carried out by a research team at the Microbiology Laboratory, State University of Malang.
This Augmented Reality application has been declared valid by Learning Expert Validators, Media and Teaching Materials Experts, Ethnobotany Experts, and Practitioners (Ethnobotany Lecturers at Medan State University). The application has also been stated to be practical by students who have taken the Ethnobotany course. Currently, the application is in the implementation stage for the Ethnobotany course at Medan State University. Please help Ananda to provide suggestions and input.
