HOW KEGG WORKS:

Either in the morning or evening, connect your kegg with the mobile app and temporarily insert the ball-shaped part of kegg inside your vagina with the tail remaining outside, facing forward. You’ll feel one vibration to signal that the test has started and two vibrations when the 2-3 minute test is done..

Following the daily test, kegg will send your vaginal data to the cloud for analysis. In real-time, the device connects to a mobile app that displays test results, cyclical trends, and fertility predictions. With continuous daily use, you will gain deeper insight into your own unique fertility pattern.

As a bonus, you can use kegg in conjunction with Kegel exercising before the test starts. Doing Kegels before taking a fertility reading can also increase lubrication and circulation for easier data collection.

+ Cervical fluid is the key sign to knowing your fertile window and peak fertility because sperm can’t survive in the vagina unless cervical fluid is present.
+ Cervical fluid is a hydrogel that contains mucin molecules, water, and biochemical compounds. These elements make up the electrolyte structure of cervical fluid, which kegg measures using impedance technology.
+ During the test, kegg uses very low-level electrical pulses to measure how your cervical fluid affects those pulses. kegg measures those levels and displays them to you in actionable results.
