IQFood

IQFood is a nutrition and metabolism tracking app for iPhone and Android. Log meals by photo, voice or barcode and see calories, macros, a weight forecast and estimated glucose, insulin and fat-burn curves.

Barcode logging and every curve are free. Logging by photo, voice or chat is part of IQFood Premium. Use it as a calorie counter, food diary and macro tracker, with estimated metabolism curves on top.

LOG A MEAL
• Take a photo and AI suggests the foods, portions and macros; you confirm before anything is logged (Premium)
• Say what you ate, or type it as a sentence, in one of the app's six languages (Premium)
• Scan a barcode to look up a packaged product in the Open Food Facts database (free)

SEE WHAT THE FOOD DOES
• Calories and macros against targets built from your profile and goal
• Estimated glucose, insulin, ketone, energy and fat-burn curves for your day, with the next hours projected
• A metabolic rate learned from your own weight and logs, not a general formula
• Fasting shown as fuel, with an estimate of when fat-burning likely takes over
• Sleep, activity, workouts, stress, energy and cravings from short daily check-ins, in the same picture
• Tap a curve to read what drives it

BUILT AROUND YOUR GOAL
• Lose weight, maintain or gain muscle
• A weight trend that filters out day-to-day noise, with a forecast date for your goal
• Your menstrual cycle on the same graph, with the cycle phase taken into account
• With your permission, IQFood reads steps, sleep, workouts, heart rate and weight from Health Connect. It never writes back.

WITH FRIENDS AND COACHES
• Add friends by QR code or @tag, share stories that disappear after 24 hours and keep a streak going
• Chat with photos, voice notes and video
• Trainer Mode, free: work with a coach who sees only the data you choose to share, and revoke access at any time

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
We do not sell your data and we do not show ads. Delete any entry, or your whole account, in the app at any time.

FREE AND PREMIUM
Free: the metabolic engine and its curves, charts and insights, weight tracking, daily check-ins, friends and chat, Trainer Mode and barcode scanning.
IQFood Premium adds AI meal logging by photo, voice and chat, and reading the values from your lab results into your log.

FREE PREMIUM FOR NEW ACCOUNTS
New accounts get 14 days of free Premium from IQFood. No payment details are needed. Free Premium is provided by IQFood, not by Google Play, and it never turns into a paid subscription by itself. Accounts created during the founding offer can choose the founding price, shown in the app, until 30 days after their own free Premium ends.

IQFood Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription that renews automatically and is billed by Google Play. The app shows the price before you buy. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of a period in Google Play, under Payments and subscriptions. Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.

IQFood is for people aged 16 and over. The app is available in English, Romanian, German, French, Spanish and Italian.

IQFood describes and forecasts. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. Its curves are model-based estimates computed from what you log, not measurements, and IQFood is not a medical device. Always consult a qualified professional for medical decisions.
