About Nehemia

Nehemia is the official mobile application for residents of condominiums
managed with the Nehemia solution, published by Rouah CI. It assists you
daily in tracking your contributions, paying your condominium fees,
and communicating with your property manager.

Who is it for?

Nehemia is for residents (owners or tenants) of
condominiums managed by Rouah CI. Your account is created
by your building's property manager: you receive your login details
and immediately access the services related to your unit.

What you can do with Nehemia

- View your up-to-date financial status: payments made,

pending payments, balances by contribution type.

- View the details of each payment: period concerned,

amount due, expected payment method, due date.
- Submit proof of payment in seconds:

Take a photo of your receipt or choose a file from your gallery.

The property manager is notified and validates your payment.

- Download and share your payment receipts in PDF format, automatically generated by your property manager after validation.

- Track your complete payment history for your personal records or for administrative purposes.

- Receive payment reminders and important communications from your condominium association.

Designed for West Africa

Nehemia is specifically designed for the realities of West African condominiums. The application supports common payment methods (cash deposited with the property manager, bank transfer, mobile money) and works even with limited connectivity.

Security and confidentiality

- Secure login via personal username and password. - End-to-end encryption of communications (HTTPS/TLS).

- Strict data segregation by condominium: a property manager only sees the residents of their buildings.

- Your payment receipts are securely stored and accessible only to your property manager and the condominium board.

- No advertising, no targeted marketing, no data resale.

Nehemia is funded solely by its client condominiums.

Getting Started

1. Receive your login credentials from your property manager (via SMS, WhatsApp, or in person).

2. Download Nehemia from the Play Store.

3. Log in with your username and temporary password.

4. Set a new password upon first launch.

5. You are now ready to track your account and submit your payments.

Important: Nehemia is a B2B application reserved for residents of
Rouah CI client condominiums. Open registration is not
available. If your condominium is not yet using Nehemia, speak
with your property manager or your residents' association.

About Rouah CI
