RH Acontece

This app is an exclusive internal communication platform, developed to bring employees of Localix, Loc Frotas, and Sonhar Construtora even closer together. Through it, you have direct access to HR initiatives and campaigns, as well as relevant content about the company's daily operations, news, newsletters, announcements, and much more.

With a simple, lightweight, and intuitive interface, the app allows each employee to personalize their experience, creating an individual profile and interacting with the proposed content and initiatives. Whether to follow internal campaigns, participate in surveys, receive important communications, or interact with the company culture, the app provides a dynamic, secure, and connected space.

Our goal is to strengthen the bond between HR and employees, fostering integration, engagement, and a sense of belonging. All this in the palm of your hand, with just a few taps.
