Gluco Check: CGM Evaluator
Evaluate your CGM sensor: calibration, closed-loop support, and offline use.
About Gluco Check: CGM Evaluator
Gluco Check helps people with diabetes evaluate the performance of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) sensors by comparing fingerstick blood glucose measurements with sensor readings. It works offline, requires no registration, and does not transmit data.
👤 Who is it for?
For people who use CGM sensors and want to organize comparisons with fingerstick measurements, assess conditions for calibration, and identify situations in which it may be appropriate to contact the manufacturer’s technical support.
The app can be used with data from sensors such as Abbott FreeStyle Libre, MicroTech Smart 2.0, LinX and AiDEX X, Roche Accu-Chek SmartGuide, Dexcom G6/G7, and Sibionics GS1/GS3.
It may also assist users of apps such as Juggluco and xDrip+, as well as automated insulin delivery systems such as AAPS.
🔗 Gluco Check does not connect directly to the sensor, insulin pump, or closed-loop system. Values are entered manually by the user.
📋 What does the app do?
Enter two or three measurement pairs — fingerstick blood glucose and sensor reading — and record the assessment conditions. The app organizes the data and provides an informational analysis regarding:
🔧 Calibration
Indicates whether the entered data and conditions are consistent with a possible calibration and whether there are factors suggesting that a new comparison should be performed before proceeding.
📞 Contacting support
Identifies situations in which it may be appropriate to contact the sensor manufacturer’s technical support.
🤖 Use in closed-loop systems
Provides an informational assessment of the observed agreement between the sensor and fingerstick measurements. The decision to use sensor data for automated insulin delivery must follow the guidance of the manufacturer, the system being used, and a qualified healthcare professional.

Information is stored locally on the device. Gluco Check does not require registration and does not send entered data to external servers.
⚠️ Important notice
Gluco Check is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is an informational tool designed to support the organization and interpretation of data entered by the user.
Do not use the app as the sole basis for insulin dosing decisions, treatment of hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia, sensor calibration, or discontinuation of sensor use. If you experience symptoms or if the sensor reading does not match how you feel, follow the manufacturer’s instructions and confirm your blood glucose using the recommended method.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional for guidance on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of diabetes.
