Pet Diary Pro keeps the health and daily care of every pet in one place. Log weight, vaccines, vet visits, walks, meals, potty and medicine, and get reminders for vaccines, flea and heartworm prevention, medicine and checkups. Add as many pets as you like. No sign-up or login.

KEY FEATURES

■ Profiles for any number of pets
Dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, ferrets, birds, fish, turtles, reptiles, hedgehogs and more. Save breed, birthday, adoption day, microchip, insurance, your vet (tap to call), allergies, food and a target weight. Dogs and cats show an estimated age in human years.

■ 13 record types
Weight, walk, meal, potty, medicine, vaccine, prevention, vet visit, grooming, symptoms, diary, expense and a custom type you name. Add time, cost, notes and a photo, plus stool condition, symptom severity or body condition score. Log one meal for several pets at once. Photos use the system picker, so no photo permission is needed.

■ One-tap logging
Log food, water, treats, pee, poop, tooth brushing or grooming from the home screen. See today's count, undo mistakes, long-press to add details.

■ Reminders that roll forward
Schedule vaccines, flea, tick and heartworm prevention, medicine, vet visits and grooming. Repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, several times a day, with an end date for a course of medicine. Tap "Done" on the notification and the record is saved and the next date calculated. Monthly and yearly items count from the day you actually did them, so a late dose never breaks the schedule. Missed items stay marked overdue. Ready-made schedules add common vaccines and treatments in one tap.

■ Weight chart and goal
See weight over the whole history, with your target range as a band, the change since last time and month-by-month trends.

■ Walk timer
Start the timer and it keeps running when the app is closed. Pause, log pee and poop on the way, walk several pets together and add the distance at the end. No GPS, so no battery drain. Track your streak and weekly goal.

■ Calendar, timeline and album
Colored dots for each day's records and schedules, a searchable timeline and your photos month by month.

■ Vet memo and sitter sheet (PDF)
A one-page memo for the vet: recent symptoms, current medicine, last and next vaccines, weight and visits. A care sheet tells pet sitters about food, walks and medicine.

■ Emergency card
Share microchip, vet, allergies and medicine as text in seconds if your pet is lost.

■ Backup and new phones
Export everything, photos included, to one ZIP file and restore it on a new phone, with undo. CSV export too. Records stay on your device.

■ Also included
• Birthday and adoption day reminders
• Notification check for blocked reminders
• Rainbow bridge for departed pets
• Light and dark themes; kg/lb, km/mi, any currency
• Quick Settings tile
• 40 languages
