BELOONG

The BELOONG application is software designed to be used in conjunction with AI terminal devices, such as the "BELOONG Smart Notebook". Its primary functions include network configuration for AI terminal devices, creation of intelligent agents, recording, storage, and summarization, as well as image and text recognition, to-do lists, knowledge base management, and more. Additionally, it enables configuration of basic language settings, user feedback management, and account management for AI terminal devices. After the AI terminal device is successfully networked and activated, relevant parameters of the large model can be set, including selecting a large model, choosing a voice tone, editing prompt words, selecting a role, and more. Detailed explanations are provided below.
1. AI terminal device network configuration
There are two ways to configure the network: Bluetooth configuration and WIFI configuration.
● Bluetooth Network Configuration: On your phone or tablet device with the BELOONG app installed, enable Bluetooth connection; open the BELOONG app, select the "Device" option, and click "Bluetooth Connection". At this point, your phone or tablet device will attempt to connect to the AI terminal device via Bluetooth; if the connection is successful, the "Bluetooth Network Configuration" option will turn from gray to bright; at this time, click "Bluetooth Network Configuration", select the WiFi required for the AI terminal device, and wait for the network configuration to succeed.
● WiFi Network Configuration: On your phone or tablet device with the BELOONG app installed, enable the WiFi connection; open the BELOONG app, select the "Device" option, and click "WiFi Network Configuration"; in the WiFi hotspot list, select the WiFi hotspot starting with "XIAOLONG_SSID"; after successful connection, open http://192.168.4.1 in the browser to enter the network configuration page, select the WiFi required for the AI terminal device, and wait for the network configuration to succeed.
2. Equipment settings
Device settings include volume adjustment, mode switching, offline voice activation, device hibernation, etc.
3. Create an intelligent agent: Select the "Intelligent Agent" button at the bottom of the APP to create or delete intelligent agents. For the created intelligent agents, you can configure and set them.
●Choose a Role: Depending on your needs, you can choose any of these roles as your intelligent agent's persona.
●Set role name: Set your preferred role name for the agent.
●Choose AI large models: Currently, the available large models include: Xiaozhi Lite, DeepSeek Quantized, Qwen3 Real-time, DeekSeek V3.1, DouBao Seed 2.0, GLM4.7, etc.
●Choose the language for large model dialogue: Depending on your needs, you can select the language for large model dialogue.
●Choose Voice Tone: Based on your personal preference, you can select your preferred tone and click the "Listen" button next to it for a trial to determine if you like it.
●Role Setting: You can edit a piece of content not exceeding 2000 words to define your role's speaking requirements in detail.
●Select MCP access point: The available MCP options include: weather, jokes, news, music, knowledge base, etc.
●Create voiceprint: You can create your preferred voiceprint, such as using your own voice as the voice of the intelligent agent.
●Custom MCP Service: You can connect the customized MCP service to the agent, and your agent will operate based on the MCP service.
4. Meeting management
Select the "Meeting" button at the bottom of the APP to access the meeting management functions, including recording, photo text recognition, note-taking, and other features. On the meeting homepage, an overview of the calendar, meeting notes, and to-do items is displayed.
5. Other functions
At the bottom of the page, select the "Me" button, which provides functions such as account management, language settings, product operation instructions, privacy policy, user feedback, and more.
