Autiplay

Autiplay is a handful of toys to touch with your finger. There's no scoring, no timer, no levels to pass, and you can't lose.

There are six.

🤲 HUG
Touch and hold your finger. While it's resting, the vibration pulses at a constant rhythm, rings close around the touch, and the screen slowly darkens. No text, no counting, nothing asked of you. Works with multiple fingers at the same time.

🫧 POP
A screen full of silicone bubbles. They sink when you touch and return on their own after a while. You can go one by one or drag your finger over them and knock down an entire row.

💧 WATER
Real water, calculated frame by frame. Touch and the wave opens, crosses with the others, hits the edge and returns. Drag and it chases your finger.

✨ LAVA
Masses of light that attract, stretch, and separate. They follow the heat of your finger, slowly, the way lava does.

🏖️ SAND
Colorful grains that fall, slide, and pile up. Paint and watch them settle. The color changes as you draw, so each mound becomes striped like a rock.

🎵 STRINGS
A harp. Drag it aside and strum. The notes come from a pentatonic scale: there's no combination that goes out of tune, so mashing the screen never sounds wrong.

MADE TO DISTURB SLIGHTLY

• The sound starts off. You decide whether to turn it on.

• Nothing flashes. Nothing speeds up. Nothing appears unexpectedly.

• Optional brown noise to cover outside noise.

• Three intensity levels: less on the screen and slower, or more.

• Two light themes. Haze is less stimulating than Night.

• Wordless mode: only icons, for those who don't read or don't want to read now.

• Adjustable vibration and pulse strength, or off.

• No points, timer, levels, ranking, or notifications.
