The application analyzes the colorimetric change of an image through the cell phone camera to identify the presence of a specific biomolecule, in this case, gold nanoparticles (AuNP) synthesized in the nanotechnology laboratory using the Turkevich method. Subsequently, the AuNPs are characterized by UV-Visible spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The specificity in the colorimetric detection of the biomolecule is evaluated in the capture.
