There are workouts for every preference and skill level. There are cardio and strength exercises, there are plyometric and isometric exercises, there are calisthenics and weights exercises. There are exercises inspired by mixed martial arts (MMA) and functional training exercises. Exercises are grouped into a number of workouts for every muscle group including:

* 7-Minute Workout
* Cardio Workout
* Upper/Lower Body Workout
* Just Weights Workout

The "Workout from Home" app has three difficulty levels: easy, regular, and extreme. Try to use a level that is challenging but not too hard. And never sacrifice form! If you are too tired, pause the app to give yourself time to recover. App has descriptions of exercises, so make sure you read those if you are unsure how to do an exercise.

Ads are kept to a minimum and never interrupt your workout. You can remove ads by buying a paid version of the app that costs about the price of coffee. It's a one-off payment, no subscriptions!

Workouts are different every time. You can choose the length of time you want to exercise. I often start a workout session, do a few minutes of exercise, then pause it and go back to it during work breaks throughout my day. Other times, I do a 30-minute workout during my lunch break. The more you mix it up the better!

To put you in a positive mindset the app comes with several upbeat music tracks. Or you can switch off the in-app music and use your preferred music streaming service instead!

Your progress and calories burned are tracked. For best results, you should try to exercise as often as you can! Remember to have fun and variety! On days you are not using this app, go for a walk or a jog in your local park, a swim at a local pool or a beach, go on a bicycle ride or take a Zumba, yoga or jiu-jitsu class! This will prevent fatigue and help you reach and maintain your fitness goals faster. And if you have a meeting canceled and have 20 or even just 5 minutes to spare, you can use this app to add another quick workout to your schedule! Research shows that a single 30-minute workout isn't sufficient to offset the whole day of sitting in front of a computer screen, as many of us do! We have to try to fit in more physical activity into our daily lives!

"Workout From Home" does not require any equipment, however, two pairs of dumbbells (light and medium weight) are highly recommended as this will give you access to even more exercises. Also, a yoga mat is great for floor exercises!

Finally, remember to stay safe. Always warm up before exercise, stay hydrated and within your skill level, and be extra careful with dumbbell and jumping exercises to prevent injury.
