Vasly

Vasly isn't a listings site. It's the spreadsheet you'd make yourself, if you had the patience.

Most property apps want to rent or sell you a property. Vasly just helps you decide between the ones you're already considering. Score every place 0, 1, or 3 across the categories that matter to you - kitchen, light, commute, whatever. The math is reproducible. The conversation is honest.

★ Built for couples, housemates, and small groups
When two raters score the same place, the gap between their scores becomes a halo around the dot on the chart. Bigger spread, bigger halo. You see exactly where you disagree before the lease is signed.

★ 0, 1, or 3. Why no 2?
Because 2 lets people hedge. The jump from 1 to 3 forces a real answer: is this a feature you're excited about, or one you can live with? The honesty is the product.

★ What's inside
• Score every unit across the categories that matter to you - kitchen, light, commute, quiet, storage, anything
• See your scores side-by-side with your partner's; the disagreement halos show where to focus the conversation
• Compare like a spreadsheet - every category, every unit, total cost, $/point, side-by-side
• Map view shows every place pinned in geographic context, colored by score
• Mark any category as a dealbreaker - the unit is disqualified regardless of total score
• Import a listing URL (Rightmove / Zillow / Realtor / OnTheMarket / Zoopla) and auto-fill name, rent, address, sq ft
• Up to 3 photos per unit, so you remember which place had which kitchen
• Public share link - send your shortlist to a friend or family member to weigh in
• Built-in tour explains every feature in 60 seconds, on demand

★ Blueprint building reports (Plus)
Plus members get a Blueprint report for any address, built entirely from free, official public data. Major US cities get an A-F building grade and a 0 to 100 score. Across roughly 30 countries you get area, planning, and hazard signals: flood and seismic risk, zoning and permits, the building register, and more. No grade is invented where the data is not there.

★ What Vasly is NOT
• Not a listings aggregator. We don't show you new homes to consider - you bring those
• Not a real-estate agent. No commission, no upsell to a broker
• Not an AI that picks for you. The whole point of Vasly is that YOU decide; we just make the math honest

★ Who Vasly is for
• Couples making a joint housing decision
• Housemates choosing a unit together
• Renters comparing more than three options
• Buyers cross-shopping condos or townhouses
• Anyone who has outgrown a spreadsheet but doesn't want a CRM

★ Built without ads or trackers
Vasly doesn't sell your data, doesn't share it with brokers, doesn't run analytics SDKs that follow you to other apps. The only third-party services it talks to are Stripe (for payments) and RevenueCat (for subscription tracking). Your unit data lives on Vasly's server and nowhere else.

★ Pricing
Vasly Standard - $4.99/month, 25 units
Vasly Plus - $14.99/month, 50 units

Both subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Manage or cancel anytime in Google Play Store → Subscriptions.
