Umii was founded in 2018 by two graduates who wanted to make it easier for like-minded people to meet at the start of university.

Society preferences

2) Build your profile (with a focus on your interests, not your face!)

3) Everyday, our algorithm will use this information to connect you with 3 other students similar to you

How is it safe?

Umii is endorsed by, and works in partnership with, the universities we’re live at. Only students with a valid .ac.uk email address can remain a part of the Umii community after the academic year starts (any email address is fine to use before you start university).

And we’re totally free!

Unlike other apps, Umii will never charge you anything, nor show you any adverts.
