SoftPause is a quiet digital fidget for the small gaps between tasks.

Use it while something loads, while you think through a problem, or when you need a gentle pause before returning to work. There are no scores, levels, streaks, feeds, or competitive goals. SoftPause is designed to be easy to enter and easy to leave.

Soft Blob
Press, drag, and release a soft responsive shape with gentle movement and tactile visual feedback.

Sand Trace
Draw temporary marks across a fine-grained surface and watch them gradually fade away.

Ripple Pool
Tap or glide across the water to create layered ripples that expand, overlap, and disappear.

A GENTLE RETURN TIMER

Choose a pause of 30 seconds, 1 minute, 3 minutes, or 5 minutes. When the pause ends, SoftPause gives you a quiet reminder to check what you were waiting for or return to your task.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

SoftPause works without an account. Your selected mode, theme, timer preference, and motion setting stay locally on your device. The app does not contain ads, analytics, social features, or in-app purchases.

Choose from three low-stimulation color themes and enable Still Mode when you prefer reduced motion.
