Oqui: Family Locator

Oqui helps your family share their location and stay in touch. Create your Tribe, invite the people you want to look after, and share your location with them — and only with them.

What you can do with Oqui
• See your Tribe on the map, with the last known location if someone loses signal.
• Places: mark home, school, or work and get notified when someone arrives or leaves.
• SOS: a button that alerts your whole Tribe with your location. Optional (off by default): with Blackbox, sending an SOS lets the phone send photos, video or audio to the Tribe chat.
• "Is everyone OK?" check-in: one question to everyone, one tap to answer.
• Tribe chat: message the whole group or any member one-on-one, without leaving the app.
• Automatic earthquake notices: after a strong quake near someone in your Tribe, Oqui notifies the Tribe, opens an "is everyone OK?" check-in, and shares that person's location automatically (the last known one if their phone has no signal), using public data from IGP (https://ide.igp.gob.pe), USGS (https://earthquake.usgs.gov) and EMSC (https://www.emsc-csem.org). Oqui is not affiliated with, and does not represent, these entities.
• Driving detection (optional: each person turns it on; depending on your plan): logs trips, hard braking, acceleration and speeding.
• Trusted zones: at home or work, reduces tracking to save battery.
• Saver / Balanced / Precise modes: you decide how much battery to use.

Built for families
• Minors under 14 join with authorization from a parent or guardian, with consent per purpose.
• "My permissions": see and revoke each authorization anytime.
• Location history of 30 days (60 on the Premium plan); then it's deleted.
• You can delete your account from the app.

Privacy first
Only your Tribe sees your location. No ads, no data sales, and no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Data is processed under Peru's Law 29733 on Personal Data Protection.

Plans
30-day trial with everything included, no card required. After that, choose the Family plan (up to 5 members besides the account holder, 30 days of history) or the Premium plan (up to 10 members besides the account holder, 60 days of history), billed in Peruvian soles. SOS to your Tribe is included in every plan.

Oqui uses your location in the background so your Tribe can see you even when the app is closed. You can pause it anytime. Continuous background GPS use may reduce battery life.

Oqui is a communication tool between family members. It is not an emergency service and does not replace the official services: it does not contact police, fire or ambulance services, and it can't guarantee that an alert is delivered, or delivered in time. Oqui does not predict earthquakes and is not an early-warning system; earthquake notices rely on public reports that may be delayed. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
