OnYou

No more "I thought that was already done."

OnYou is the follow-through board for teams that run on WhatsApp: you organize the work, hand it out with a message, and the other person closes it from a link — nothing to install, no account to create, no new app to learn. You see all of it: what got done, at what time, and with what proof.

WHAT IT DOES FOR YOU
• Delegate over WhatsApp: every task goes out as a message with its own link.
• Real proof: whoever does the work attaches a photo; everything is timestamped.
• Recurring work: cleanings, closings, inventories — they come back on their own.
• One-tap reminders: the message writes itself, you just hit send.
• Extensions and refusals on the record: nothing gets buried in the chat.
• A board of books, sections and pages — shaped like your actual operation.
• Compliance figures per person, ranking, and planning for the week ahead.
• Works with no signal: opens on the last saved state and syncs when you return.
• In English, Spanish and Portuguese.

WHO IT'S FOR
Restaurants, shops, construction, cleaning, healthcare, events, field marketing — any operation where the work gets handed out over WhatsApp and somebody needs to know whether it actually happened.

THE DETAIL THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING
The person receiving the task does NOT need to install OnYou. A link reaches them on WhatsApp, and from there they check it off, comment, attach the photo, or ask for more time. The app is for you, the one coordinating.

Free to organize your own pending work and delegate to one person. Pro widens your team when you need it.
