About NextPB
Chase your next PB on the route you know best.
NextPB is a GPS voice pacer built for runners who repeat the same routes and want to beat their personal best (PB). It turns a previous run or GPX route into today's pacing target, then gives real-time voice feedback while you run.
It is not just another run tracker.
Before the run, NextPB helps you review the target, route profile, and split strategy. During the run, it keeps you oriented with GPS pace feedback without making you stare at the screen. After the run, it compares your splits, explains the result, and prepares the next target to chase.
How it works
Import a GPX file or use a saved run. NextPB creates a target time, pacing strategy, and course-specific split plan. While you run, voice coaching checks in every 30 seconds with your current pace and progress against the target. When you finish, NextPB summarizes your splits, PB comparison, and next chase target.
Key features
- GPX-based NextPB mode: turn a route or previous run into today's pacing target
- GPS live running: track distance, pace, and progress during the run
- Korean and English voice coaching: real-time pace feedback while you run
- Debrief and PB comparison: compare today's result against your previous best
- Next target suggestions: prepare the next PB attempt from your latest result
- GPX export and sharing: use your run data with other running apps
- Local-first storage: save your runs on your device without an account
Who it is for
- Runners who repeat the same river path, park loop, neighborhood route, or race course
- Runners chasing small improvements in 5K, 10K, or half marathon efforts
- Runners who prefer voice guidance over checking the screen mid-run
- Runners who want to turn GPX files or previous runs into their next PB target
Data notice
NextPB stores run data directly on your device. If you delete the app or change devices, your data may not be recoverable. Export important runs as GPX files if you want to keep a separate backup.
Safety notice
NextPB is not designed for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you feel unwell while running, stop immediately and seek professional help.
