Who pays for Wi‑Fi? Groceries? Rent? Bojairũ helps roommates manage everything in one place: split expenses, agree on the rules, see who owes what — and no changes without everyone’s agreement.

Your data belongs to you. No ads. No data resale.

HOUSING (focus of this test)
• Build the plan before committing: recurring and one-off expenses, configurable splits, agreement terms
• Propose the plan; each participant (including simulated ones) accepts, negotiates, or refuses
• The agreement becomes active only when everyone has accepted the same revision
• Keep the ledger: expenses, payments, automatic balances, reminders, and budget alerts

CONTACTS (focus of this test)
• One people list reused across modules
• In Simulation mode: simulated participants so you can test without a real invite
• Outside simulation (later builds): connect via invitation code — Bojairũ does not access your phone’s address book

VEHICLE AND SHARING (out of scope for this test)
Coming later in a build not limited to Simulation mode. In this test build: deliberately disabled.

PRIVACY
Bojairũ is local-first: your agreements and accounts live first on your device. Outside simulation, sync between participants uses an ephemeral encrypted relay — without a cloud that can read your personal data. In Simulation mode, work stays on-device with simulated participants (no real human-to-human relay traffic).
