FrontCare Recepção

FrontCare Reception is a training platform for those who work on the front line of customer service – RECEPTIONISTS.

FrontCare was born from the understanding that a receptionist is much more than just a professional who works in a waiting area. The reception is the gateway to a company, clinic, office, or business. It's where the first impression, the first look, the first interaction happens, and often, where the client's experience with that organization is defined.
