Vellum: Vintage Photo Editor

Vellum is a vintage photo editor and retro video editor that makes your pictures look like they were shot on film. Pick a film preset, add grain, dust and a warm light leak, stamp the date in glowing orange digits and frame it like an instant print. No ads, no watermark, and your photos never leave your phone.

144 FILM PRESETS IN 12 FAMILIES
• Basic, Retro, Cinematic, Mono, Classy, Film, Instant, Disposable, Summer, Moody, Pastel and Night
• Every preset has its own strength slider
• Heart your favourites and save your own looks as My presets

92 ANALOG EFFECTS
• Light leaks, film burns and halation
• Film grain, dust, scratches and paper textures
• VHS lines, glass prism and plastic wrap
• Weather: snow, rain, fog and bokeh
• Shadows of leaves and window blinds
• Each effect is drawn fresh, so no two photos look alike

RETRO DATE STAMP
• LED, dot-matrix and typewriter styles
• Use the photo's own date or any date you like, just like a 90s disposable camera

FRAMES AND TEMPLATES
• 16 frames: instant-film prints, 35mm and 120 film, slide mounts, deckle and scalloped edges, stamps, album corners, negatives and tape
• 24 aesthetic templates for stories and posts in four styles: Minimal, Paper, Film and Instant

A FULL PHOTO EDITOR
• 18 adjust tools: exposure, brightness, contrast, highlights, shadows, saturation, vibrance, warmth, tint, fade, sharpness, grain, vignette, blur, glow, haze, glitch and RGB shift
• Crop to 1:1, 4:5, 9:16 and more, rotate, flip and straighten
• Non-destructive: the original is never changed, so you can come back and edit again

BATCH EDIT
• Copy one edit and paste it onto a whole set of photos, then save them all at once

RETRO VIDEO EDITOR
• The same presets and effects on your clips
• VHS, jitter, glass prism and a film-like 24, 18, 12 or 8 fps
• Trim and mute before you export
