Canon Remote

Control your Canon camera wirelessly over Bluetooth with Canon Remote. Designed for photographers who need a reliable remote shutter release and intervalometer — no extra hardware required.

=== FEATURES ===

• Bluetooth Camera Control — Pair, connect, and trigger the shutter on compatible Canon cameras over Bluetooth LE.

• Intervalometer — Set custom shot count, interval between shots, and exposure time for timelapse photography. Real-time countdown shows remaining shots and time.

• Simple Pairing — Scan, discover, and connect to your camera in seconds. Paired devices are remembered for quick reconnection.

• Clean Interface — Dark theme designed for night shooting. Large shutter button and clear timer display.

=== HOW IT WORKS ===

1. Enable Bluetooth and WiFi on your Canon camera
2. Open Canon Remote and scan for nearby cameras
3. Select your camera and follow the pairing handshake
4. Tap the shutter button or configure intervalometer settings

=== COMPATIBILITY ===

Works with Canon cameras that support Bluetooth remote control via the Canon Camera Connect protocol. Tested with Canon EOS M50 Mark II and compatible with EOS R series and newer DSLR/mirrorless models with Bluetooth LE.

=== NOTES ===

• Your camera must have Bluetooth enabled and be in pairing mode
• Location permission is required by Android for Bluetooth scanning — your location data is never collected or stored
• This is an independent project, not affiliated with Canon Inc.
