About Driver Assist: OBD2 Scanner

Driver Assist helps you perform a simple, read-only vehicle check and understand the available results in plain language.

Connect a compatible ELM327 adapter using Bluetooth or Wi-Fi and run a vehicle check to view:
• Stored emissions-related powertrain trouble codes reported by your vehicle
• Check Engine status reported by the vehicle’s computer
• Emissions readiness monitor status
• Available vehicle readings, including engine RPM, coolant temperature, calculated engine load, vehicle speed, and more
• An easy-to-understand summary based on the data successfully read from your vehicle

Use the built-in AI assistant to:
• Discuss a completed vehicle check
• Better understand trouble codes and vehicle readings
• Ask general questions about vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and operation

Driver Assist uses read-only diagnostic requests. It does not clear trouble codes, change vehicle settings, reprogram vehicle computers, or perform active tests.

A compatible ELM327 OBD-II adapter is required to read vehicle data. Available information depends on the vehicle, adapter, connection quality, and supported OBD-II features.

AI features require an internet connection.

Driver Assist is an informational diagnostic tool. It cannot check every vehicle system and does not replace an inspection or advice from a qualified automotive professional.
