DFCC Unusual is an occurrence reporting system for railway freight operations. It lets field staff record an unusual occurrence on a wagon at the spot it is found — complete with photographs — and submit it to the central system in seconds.

Capture an occurrence without missing a field: occurrence date, unit and station, wagon number and wagon type, railway, bearing manufacturer and bearing manufacturing date.

Attach multiple photos per report straight from the camera or the gallery. Photos are saved on the device first, so nothing is lost.

• Works without a signal
Photographs are queued and uploaded automatically in the background as soon as connectivity returns — including after the app is closed and reopened. A status banner always shows what is still pending.

• Instant, offline-first interface
A submitted report appears on your home list immediately, along with its photos, so you always see exactly what you have filed.

• Track and update status
Follow each submission through pending, completed and rejected, and update the status as the case progresses.

• Find any report fast
Search by wagon number, station, unit or railway, and filter by date range and status. The list loads more as you scroll.

• Edit and add later
Correct submitted details, and add or remove photographs on an existing report at any time.

This app is intended for authorised personnel. A valid account is required to sign in; reports and photographs are submitted to your organisation's server. Access to units and stations depends on the permissions assigned to your account.
