Requex

Requex is one app with two doors: Customer and Fitter. Choose yours on the welcome screen.

CUSTOMERS: TIRES, SERVICE AND REPAIRS IN ONE PLACE

Need tires? Enter your license plate and Requex finds your tire size, or enter the size yourself. Compare installed tire prices from independent shops and mobile tire installers, then choose what works for you — installation at home, at work or at a local shop.

The price you see is the price you pay, agreed before you book.

Need a service, inspection or repair? Tell Buddy what's wrong by chat or voice and add photos if they help. Requex sends your request to suitable local shops so you can compare quotes, choose the one you want and book.

Your phone number and email stay private until you accept a quote.

- Find shops and mobile installers that cover your zip code, see what they offer and look for verified business marks
- Explore individual service pages showing what's included, how long it takes, the guarantee and the price
- Save your cars by plate so the right vehicle and tire size are ready next time
- Follow every request and booking from quote to completion
- Shortlist shops you trust and send your next job directly to them
- Pay securely in the app or, where available, on the day

FITTERS & SHOPS: YOUR WORKING DAY IN ONE HAND

Requex brings field service, customer jobs and new work together for tire installers, mobile mechanics and shops.

Connect the app to your shop and today's jobs are ready on your phone. Each job brings together the vehicle, customer, location, notes, tasks, photos and forms. Start, pause and complete work with a tap while the shop stays up to date.

- Win new work: receive relevant tire, service and repair requests in the areas you cover and quote straight from your phone
- Quote automatically: create rules for routine requests and test them before switching them on
- Take payment anywhere: use Tap to Pay on your phone, or send a payment link or QR code
- Work with your voice: use the assistant on a job to contact the customer, record what you've done and prepare your next stop
- Keep moving: navigate to jobs, work offline and keep the office updated through the live map
