Mr More

Mr More is for the sole trader who does the job, then does the paperwork at 9pm.

Speak the job. Send the invoice. Get paid. Mr More turns the five minutes after a job into the invoice, the receipt and the review request — and then tells you when that customer is due again.

SPEAK IT, DON'T TYPE IT
Hold the button and describe the job the way you'd describe it to a mate. Mr More writes it up as a structured set of notes — the customer, what you did, what it's worth — and hands it back for you to check before anything is created. Nothing is sent, saved to a customer or charged for without you confirming it first.

INVOICES THAT LOOK LIKE A BUSINESS
GST handled, your logo on the top, a link your customer can open on any phone with no app to install. Send it as a link or as a PDF. You'll see when it's been opened.

GET PAID, THEN GET THE REVIEW
Mark an invoice paid and the receipt goes out. A day or two later, Mr More asks that customer for a Google review — once, politely, and never twice to the same person inside six months.

THE CUSTOMER WHO'S DUE AGAIN
Every job you finish is remembered. Mr More watches for the customers who came back on a rhythm and tells you when one of them is overdue, so the next job comes from the work you've already done.

BUILT FOR AUSTRALIA
Dollars, GST and ABNs, not a US product with the spelling changed. Works in English and Chinese.

WHAT IT ISN'T
Not accounting software. Not a CRM. Not a job-management tool with forty screens you'll never open. There's no timesheet, no inventory, no pipeline. It does one loop — job, invoice, paid, review, repeat — and it does it from your phone in the ute.

Your recordings and notes are processed by third-party AI services to write them up. You're asked to agree to that before the first recording, and you can withdraw it, export your data or delete your account from inside the app at any time.
