About InjuryLog: Injury Pain Tracker

InjuryLog is an injury tracker and pain diary for anyone in recovery: runners, gym-goers, soccer, basketball and pickleball players, and people getting over surgery. It keeps your rehab, physical therapy visits and scans in one private timeline.

Log an injury in under a minute. Tap where it hurts on the body map, say what happened, then check in on your pain as it changes. When your physical therapist asks how the last few weeks went, you'll have the answer.

RETURN WINDOW: SEE WHEN YOU COULD BE BACK
Your pain, on a 0 to 10 scale against real dates, runs into an estimated return window. Each check-in tightens or moves it, and your milestones (jogging, sprints, drills, full practice) tick off in order. Got a return date from your PT or surgeon? Add it and it takes over. Always a range, never a promise: your clinician decides when you're ready.

YOUR INJURY PAGE
Each injury gets its own page: the injured muscle lit on the correct side of the body, with your day count, return window and this week's check-ins, PT visits and milestones.

A PAIN DIARY THAT SHOWS WHAT CHANGED
Daily check-ins take about 20 seconds: pain, how it feels and a note. The app then shows what moved: your pain trend, your streak and, on Pro, your return window.

INJURY VAULT
Keep MRIs, X-rays, scan reports, letters and receipts with the injury they belong to. Pulse explains a written report in plain English: what it says, the medical words decoded and questions for your PT, with each point marked as from your report or general info. It reads the text, not the images, and is not a diagnosis.

BODY INTELLIGENCE
Your injury history as one picture: how much of the last year you were available, which areas keep coming back and how long you usually take to recover.

GUIDED REHAB
Add the exercises your PT gave you. A guided session counts each hold down on a timer ring, paces your reps and logs the session for you. Rest days never break your streak.

PHYSIO VISIT PACK
Export a one-page PDF: why you're going, your injury on a body diagram, a dated pain chart, records on file and questions to ask. Hand it to your PT or doctor and skip re-telling your history.

PULSE: A CALM AI READ
Describe a new niggle and Pulse asks the kind of questions a PT would, then gives a safety read in plain English: one to watch at home, or worth getting checked. Pulse is information, not a diagnosis.
