Red Sphere Mobile Application is a digital loan onboarding platform designed to deliver a seamless, end-to-end lending experience. The platform enables Clients, Red Sphere Finance staff, accredited field agents, and business partners to originate, quote, and process loan applications efficiently and accurately. Whether operating from a branch, a client site, or any remote location, users can securely initiate and manage the loan application process from start to finish, ensuring speed, consistency, and an enhanced customer experience.

ACCESS

The application is publicly available for customers to access and apply for loan products. Access to staff, field Agent, and partner functionalities is restricted and granted only through authenticated user credentials issued and managed by Red Sphere Finance. This ensures that only authorized personnel can perform privileged functions such as loan origination, customer onboarding, application processing, and portfolio management, thereby maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of customer information and business operations.

• Digital Customer Onboarding-Capture complete Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, and verify identity against the National Civil Registry in a single guided flow
• Real-Time Loan Quotations-generate accurate loan quotations in real time, with automatic calculation of instalments, interest, administration fees and repayment option. Users can compare multiple loan amounts and repayment terms before submitting an application.
• Agent & Partners field operations - empowers accredited Field Agents & Partners to originate and submit loan applications from any location without relying on paper forms.

• One-Time Password (OTP) Verification-every application is secured through OTP authentication, ensuring customer identity verification and transaction integrity.
