Alpha Focus

This is a very simple app designed to help you activate your brain into the alpha state through short exercises. The main activity involves a timed challenge where you tap squares that randomly appear on the screen in different sizes and positions. The minimalist design is intentional, ensuring the experience is focused and non-addictive.
