Manhunt Game: Assassin.WTF

Don't get caught.

Assassin is real-life manhunt for your friend group, played like infection tag. One random player starts as the hunter and everyone else is a target. Every target who gets tagged turns into a hunter, so the hunt grows until the clock runs out or nobody is left. Your park, campus or neighborhood is the board.

How it plays
• Host a game in about a minute: draw the zone on the map, pick Quick, Classic or Long, and share the invite link, the QR code or the 6-character code.
• Friends join with no sign-up, email or password: type a name, add a selfie if you like, and you're in the lobby.
• The roulette picks Patient Zero, the first hunter. Targets get a head start to scatter.
• A tag is a real touch. The hunter taps TAG, and the target confirms or disputes it on their phone. The host settles disputes.
• Tagged targets turn and hunt their old team.
• Targets win if even one survives the clock. Hunters win if they tag every last one.

Built for the chase
• Pings: every so often the targets flash onto the hunters' map, then fade. Targets know the moment they've been pinged.
• Danger meter: targets feel a hunter closing in through a heartbeat buzz that speeds up. No distance, no direction. Just run.
• Loot crates: crates drop across the zone all game. Walk to one to open it for coins or an item, then spend your coins in the shop mid-game. Coins reset every game.
• Items: Ghost, Decoy, Radar and Shield for targets. Scan, Tracker and Blackout for hunters.
• Shrinking zone: late in the game the zone closes in, with a warning before each step. Get caught outside it and you're out in plain sight.
• Team chat and one-tap callouts, so your side can plan without stopping to type.
• Pocket play: lock your phone and keep running. A notification shows your role, the clock and your status, and alerts reach you when a tag needs your answer or a hunter is close.
• Replay: after the game, watch every path play back on the map with each tag and crate on the timeline, then share a picture of the chase.
• Referee mode: host without playing and watch the whole game live.
• Rematch in one tap.

Play safe
Before their first game, every player agrees to the safety rules: no roads or railways, no private property, be visible at night, a tag is a light touch and never a grab or a push, stay in the zone, and play with people you know. Games are invite-only, and you can report or block any player.

Your location
Assassin uses your location only while you set up a game, wait in a lobby or play. While a lobby or game is open, an ongoing notification shows, and location stops when you leave or the game ends. Other players see your position only as the game rules allow. Location, chat and replays are deleted 7 days after each game. You can delete your account any time in Profile.
