About AmicHotel housekeeping
App dedicated to cleaners, for facilities that use the AmicHotel management system.
The staff will be able to check whether the guests of a particular accommodation are arriving or departing, the occupation of the accommodation and the operations to be performed (for example linen change, linen change, complete cleaning, etc ...). The accommodations will appear listed on the app in order of "urgency", indicating first those that must be prepared first.
The assistant will set the status of the accommodation to "cleaning in progress" upon entering and will have a special field available on the app to report the drinks and extras (for example the mini-bar). If no problems are found, at the end of the cleaning operations, it will set the "clean" status and move on to the next accommodation.
In the event that cleaning problems are encountered (for example breakdowns, breakages, theft, etc ...) the employee will set the status to "Problem" and enter a brief description in the appropriate field.
