VIPdisplay

VIPdisplay is a user-friendly app for finding room facilities. It offers color-coded indicators for room availability (green for free, red for meetings). Choose from various display layouts (Gradient, Modern, Standard, Black) for a personalized experience.
Remembering to cancel the meeting room you ordered last week if you do not need it anyway, can easily be forgotten on hectic days.
With VIPdisplay, the meeting room will be available after 15 minutes if attendance has not been confirmed. This way, anyone who needs the meeting room can make use of it. This function is optional.
